30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with our accounting or bookkeeping services, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial service. The refund applies only to services provided, and any third-party fees (such as software subscriptions or government fees) are not refundable.
Eligibility for Refund: Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the service start date. After this period, we will not issue any refunds.
Partial Refunds: If the service has already been partially rendered, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed up to the refund request date.
Special Circumstances: If there has been an error on our part (such as incorrect financial data entry or failure to meet agreed-upon deadlines), please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue and may offer a refund or other compensation based on the situation.

This guarantee applies only to the payroll processing fees and does not include any third-party charges, such as tax filing fees, employee benefits, or other external costs.
